Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms were tastefully appointed and comfortable, but there were some issues with payment methods at the bar and holes in the patio doors. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay with excellent service and various amenities. The location was superb, opposite the sea and close to popular attractions, making it convenient and family-friendly. The dining experience offered extensive options for all tastes, though there was a suggestion for more halal food for Muslim guests.
Our stay at the hotel offered beautiful views of the sea and sunset from our bedroom, clean rooms with great views, and delicious food. The modern decor added to the overall experience, although the location down the hill from the main road could be inconvenient at times.
The hotel staff, from security to gardeners and reception, were always friendly, polite, and smiling. However, the initial room's small bathroom didn't meet standard, but after a complaint, we were moved to a better room, which seemed more appropriate. The hotel room itself wasn't very big either.
I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and modern with all the amenities I needed, although our bath didn't work. The private pool for a limited number of rooms was a nice retreat away from the main pools, offering a more exclusive experience.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was clean and well-kept, with a lovely sea view and complimentary fresh fruit on arrival. However, there were no drawers for clothes or hooks for towels in the room. The service was outstanding, with incredibly helpful and pleasant staff. The location was near the beach and not far from the center of Phatong, offering a good balance of convenience and tranquility. The dining experience was delightful, with a variety of options and a particularly good egg station. The facilities were top-notch and well-maintained.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel nestled on a hillside, surrounded by lush vegetation. The rooms were great with a cozy bed and all the amenities of a top-notch 5-star hotel, although the packing space was limited and the bathroom was quite small. The service was top-notch with a staff always ready to assist, even dressing up to match a superhero theme. The location, although a bit off the main city, offered a peaceful atmosphere and stunning views. The dining options were plentiful, offering a mix of international cuisines to satisfy any craving.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The sea-facing balconies were a nice touch, but the rooms were a bit dirty and stinky, giving off an old and tired vibe. The service, however, was outstanding, with attentive staff catering well to our vegetarian needs. The location was a definite highlight, being on top of a hill with stunning sunset views and close proximity to both nature and local attractions. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with a good variety of dishes but some disappointments. Overall, a stay with its unique charm and flaws.
I had a wonderful stay at Lip Baba round the pool, V loung. The room with sea view was excellent, featuring a very cozy bed and all the expected amenities in a quality 5-star hotel. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff including Cindy, Mark, and Pang. However, some rigidity in the service was observed, especially related to certain check-in conditions not in their terms. The location was convenient, near central Patong, accessible by tuk-tuk or a walk. The dining experience offered a delightful variety of breakfast options from continental to Chinese and Thai dishes, courtesy of the Indian Chef. The hilltop location provided interrupted beach views but required a climb up a steep hill.
The hotel is situated in a carefully secluded hillside area, offering a tranquil setting but requiring use of their transport for access. The staff is very polite and courteous, although additional charges can be incurred if not returning by 7:00 pm. The dining experience is good but not outstanding. Overall, a peaceful location but with some service issues to be aware of.
I had a wonderful stay at Room 816, a beautiful deluxe sea view room perfect for my family. The access to the pool was fantastic as my friend and I love to swim whenever we can. The hotel provided great value for a relaxing vacation.
